I mean there are vitamins and minerals that CAN help but if his sperm count is zero then I doubt anything other than something specifically medicated or surgical will help personally. But if you want to try, Vitamin E, zinc, Enzyme Q10 help.

Yeah they did. They want to prescribed a medication and have him go back. Next step will be surgery. But we’re trying to avoid the procedure.
