TTC #1- when's the best time to test?

Hi

Me and my husband are TTC our first baby together (he has a boy from a previous relationship) and I am desperate to be a mum.

When is the best/earliest time I can take a pregnancy test? I hate having to wait to know if we have been successful this month.

You sound like me,  I'm so impatient!  No matter how excited you are,  you should really wait until after your period is due.  It's gonna be harder to get a BFP even if you are pregnant if you test too early.  But if you can't help it, they have tests that allow you to test up to 5 days before your missed af, just try to get as close to you period date to increase accuracy
