Can't get over this

So this has been driving me crazy...I'm in my early 20's and I have something that's been bothering me for most of my teens until now. My lips and whatever you call the top part of you vjay is bigger then most and I'm so insecure about it. My bf loves it but I can't stand it. I've been wanting to get surgery for the longest time but he doesn't want me to...who else has this problem.
