I had my 4 month old in my lap and didn't have my hands resting on her but on my legs beside her because she's normally pretty good at sitting up plus the leg rest was raised. Well she fell forward and hit beside her eye on the ONE hard part on the leg rest and has a spot on her face and I feel like a major asshole and I'm pretty sure my MIL hates me and my FIL definitely will. My husband is trying to reassure me this stuff happens and we can't be super parents and sometimes we'll make mistakes but I feel like an idiot and can't stop crying.
