Assistance with fertility

I’m not really sure how to start this off so here it goes. I have pcos & I don’t ovulate & my husband has low sperm count. We have already tried Femara for over a year now we’re seeing a fertility specialist & he wants me to take Metformin & then try Femara again. I really would rather move onto something else bc we already tried the medicine before & I didn’t ovulate at all. This is kinda an all around post so bear with me. We have already racked up a lot of medical bills so I’m wondering how everyone else does fertility treatments financially. I’ve heard of people ordering medicine offline? How does that work? Also there’s a place called CNY fertility that does ivf & iui for cheap. Has anyone ever been here or heard of this place? Any recommendations on anything I’ve said is welcome 🤣 help with ovualting, low sperm count, financially friendly treatments. TIA ladies 💓
