Low movement

Usually my baby is very active. Today he has been kinda slow and low on movement. I did a kick count...got 9 in an hour. Should I go in? Sorry FTM here.

UPDATE

I called and they asked me to come in to be checked. I was 1cm dilated and contracting when I got there.(didnt know i was contracting) I was given water when I got there. Contractions where about 1 min apart. After all the water contractions spread out to about 2-4min apart. They started and iv and checked me again. I was still only 1cm and contractions where 2-4min apart. They decided that I could go home and all was well.
