How would you feel if your SO told another female if she wouldve told him how she felt years ago maybe they could've done something about it (relationship sex etc) and told her that he finds attractive and he'd be with her if he was single? What are your thoughts? What would you do? Would you confront him?

suddenly i'd be single and the bag of trash would be free to finally act on his feelings while i move onto someone worthwhile.

I would be livid. What makes him so comfortable to say these things to her while in a relationship? If he has feelings for this woman let him go and set yourself free from heartache in the future.

I would be extremely hurt and always second guess his true feelings for me. 
I don’t know if confronting him would make any difference. He’ll probably just tell you he didn’t mean it and he loves you, not her, blah, blah, blah. 
In high school my BFF and I liked the same guy. I left an unsigned note in his bag saying I like him and he should call me. He thought it was from my BFF. He called her, they dated for years. After I got married my BFF told her boyfriend that she didn’t write that note and he was really mad at her saying it would be him who would have married me if he knew the truth. They broke up not long after that. He went on to be in a relationship with another girl we went to school with, they’re about to have their second child, but he admitted to me once that I’ll always be the one that got away. I kind of feel sorry for his current partner. It’s not fun being with someone who will always carry a torch for someone else.

Yeah I’d confront him and let him know he’s now single and can pursue anything he wants with her. Unacceptable to speak to another female in that context while in a relationship.
