“Left adrenal 1.2 cm fluid attenuation circumscribed nodule with no suspicious features, statistically most consistent with a lipid poor adenoma. Would be of clinical significance if there were clinical symptoms of Cushing's syndrome, Conn syndrome. Consider followup dedicated CT adrenal protocol on a nonemergent basis for further characterization.”

And continued to tell me that its there but it’s very minor and isn’t something to worry about

And but down in my discharge papers “Please follow-up with your primary care provider. Your CT scan here did show a adrenal nodule. Our radiologist recommends an outpatient CT scan of your adrenals if there is any concerns or symptoms consistent with Cushing's syndrome.”
