Finally after trying for so long

I've been trying for year and never got pregnant so this year I said I was not checking because it was very difficult because I'm in a long distance relationship. My period was late but I still didnt tell anything to me, then my teeth begin hurting and I started spotting on Wednesday. On Saturday I took a test that can back positive and I took the last one just now. I'm waiting until tomorrow to schedule an appointment. I'm still spotting. Is there anything I need to know
