Warm milk?

I'm starting to wean off bottle and have some questions...

When you give breast milk in something other than a bottle are you still warming it up to the same temp you would for a bottle or are you giving it cold? Or did you warm it at first and gradually go to cold breast milk?

Do you let them drink their milk while playing/throughout a period of time? Or do you treat it like meal time/bottle time... Where they'd either be in a highchair and drink until it's gone or holding them and drink until it's gone?
