Early menopause??

Question

I haven’t gotten my period since December & I haven’t had sex. I’ve been experiencing mixed body temp and sometimes wake up in sweats. I’ve been sleeping A LOT and lack motivation to do things. Can someone PLEASE let me know if I should be worried or not? I’m out of state in college and they don’t accept out of state Medicare, so I know that any clinic or doctor visits will be out of pocket.

I once missed 3 months of my period and I to would wake in sweats and I felt very hormonal too only difference was I was sexual active but  all tests came back negative , I never found out the reason why I was so late on but here’s a few that can cause a period to be late even if it by a couple
Months 
Stress 
Weight gain/loss 
Pregnancy ( in your case won’t be that ) 
Could be some kind of fertile issues like pcos my cousin has this and she has missed a whole year 
If your on birth control or any kind of tablets or something that can cause it too
Any chronic disease and the one your questioning early menopause 
I would look into some of these see if there the cause , hope you figure it out soon ☺️
