When did you let your baby sleep with blankets, stuffed animals, and a pillow?

My son is turning 1 on Wednesday and I just started letting him sleep with his teddy bear. When did everyone let their babies sleep with blankets/pillows?

About a year old and when they could prove to me they knew how to remove a blanket from their head.

Been using a baby duvet From birth, even at the hospital. Ever cared to have stuffed animals in the bed(I find them annoying) and my oldest got a flat pillow when he started wanting to sleep partly on top of parts of his duvet.

my daughter is 2 and refuses to use either. not a huge deal. i did wait till about one and a half to offer it in her crib.

I started with light blankets (muslin material or the cotton baby blankets) around a year and a stuffed animal if they wanted one. When my daughter transitioned to a big girl bed around 22 months we bought her a real bed set with pillows and a comforter. I plan to do the same with my son next month.
