I used it with a combination of fenugreek and several other things and I did not have any more production than usual. I tried everything to boost my supply and nothing helped to increase it.

I started them 5 days ago. It has slowly helped my supply. I eat one bag a day before bed. I get between 2.5 every 2 hours or if I wait a little longer I get about 5-6 ounces every 4-5 hours. When I got home from the hospital two weeks ago, I pumped 1-2 ounces every 2 hours and 3.5 every 4. So it’s definitely improved. I’m getting a lot stored in the freezer now. I was only able to pump on demand before

By itself, youd have to eat a lot but as a snack along with fenugreek supplements and mothers milk tea, it works great as a booster.
