Yeast infection 😭

Okay, so, this is my first time having a yeast infection since moving away from home and even though I’m a grown up I do feel kind of lost without my mom here to explain why it’s happening and how to treat it! I got Monistat 7 and probiotic drinkable yogurts, but the Monistat always makes me itchy after using it. The only way I discovered I had a yeast infection is by noticing the inside of my vagina was redder than normal and then I noticed I was particularly itchy. I also have such a problem with googling things and have convinced myself I have vaginitis or trich or something other than a yeast infection 🙄
