I am 40 weeks pregnant and thought I had toilet paper stuck to my pubic area, scratched it off and turns out it wasn’t toilet paper it was a white head/weird discoloured skin, when I scratched it off some liquid came out. It’s left behind this angry red raised spot, there was a hair kinda next to it which I pulled out, but wouldn’t say it was an ingrown?

Anyone able to offer any suggestion as to what it is? I’m going to call midwife tomorrow as worried it’s HSV which obv can be dangerous to baby. 😩 any insight greatly appreciated.
