Any women can help me out? First pregnancy!

Hi! Just need some friendly help or advice. No laughing or judgment please lol.

I just found out yesterday I am pregnant!! I’ve tried for 1-2 years before, no luck. And then not tried but not prevented what so ever for the rest of these 5 years. Nothing.

And now out of the blue I’ve had two days where I felt somewhat sick, but not bad nausea or throwing up or anything out of the ordinary. It wasn’t until my boobs looked puffier than usual around the nipples, I thought I’d test for peace of mind. I’ve had more negative tests than I can remember. Never had a positive, never ever had a positive ovulation test at that! Thought for a period of my life I couldn’t have kids. Anyway, yesterday at work I look down to expect a negative and it digitally says pregnant! Wow I’m lost for words.

My periods are super irregular so I don’t know the exact date nor do I have tracked the correct date so this app resisters me with what they think is my period from October. But I know I had a period after that so I’m not as far as it says I am. I plan to make a visit tomorrow or this week to see how far I am and go about getting healthy for this little one.

My question is- never been pregnant before and don’t really know where or what to do. Any help would be extremely appreciated!!

Do I go to my primary care? Find a obgyn? Sounds silly but I truly don’t know where to start or what to do. Please any women that can help!
