Light bleeding after positive pregnancy tests

Hi I recently took three pregnancy tests with a week in between each of them all being positive, I’m currently at a military base with my husband and we’ll be traveling home in about a week, however I noticed when I wiped I saw very light blood like maybe a drop or two. It’s not able to even get to my underwear if that’s a better way to explain it but I just wanted to know if this is normal. When we get home I’ll be visiting a doctor anyways I just wanted to know if this is implantation bleeding and if it’s normal or should I be worried? Thank you in advance for any info.
