4:42 am in so much pain!
This achy sharp pain surrounds my rib cage,,takes over my whole back & sometimes travels up my throat .
I ate before bed but fell asleep on a growling stomach . Seems to only happen when my stomach is on the empty side. Sooo painful . Weird part is my stomach hasn’t growled since I been up ..
I ate some cereal it eased the pain 😩
