Should I or not ?

Just had my little man February 4th , he has a little bit of jaundice in his eyes so the pediatrician told us we have to take him outside for the sunlight, my husband is going to be playing basketball for a hour do you think it’s safe to bring him and walk him around the park for a hour (not take him out of the stroller unless he gets hungry) or is he exposed to to much germs he’s only a week old
