Coming off birth control
Hi, hope this is the right place to post this. I came off birth control 2 weeks ago as me and my boyfriend are going to start ttc. Does anyone now how I will know when I will start ovulating? I assume I will have to wait for a normal period and then start tracking from then? Also I suddenly am getting loads of spots is this a reaction to my body getting hormones back? Thanks!
