Does anyone’s husband take an antihistamine every day? If so, did you have trouble conceiving?

My husband takes an allergy medicine everyday. I was doing some research because we are both young and my cycles are every 26 days like clock work it doesn’t make sense we haven’t conceived yet and low and behold I found that antihistamines are linked to infertility specifically in men. It can lower sperm count and the morphology. He’s been on it since he was a kid, I’m very nervous now that it completely ruined his sperm.
