Positive test after ectopic

Hi everyone, in November I had an ectopic and they removed my left tube. Dr said to wait 3 months until we start trying again. 2 weeks ago we were on holiday and I told myself there’s no way I’ll fall pregnant with first try (we used condoms since op). About 2 hours ago I found out I’m pregnant. I’m not sure if it’s too soon, but I know I need to call the gynae ASAP so that he can make sure it’s not ectopic again.

I don’t know how to feel about this positive test. I’m always going back to my logs and checking when I knew about the other losses, like how far in. In July I had a chemical pregnancy, so really just so “nonchalant” about this pregnancy.
