Nauseous

Does anyone have any tips on how to get your prenatal down when nauseous, I went to take it this morning an nearly threw up, I am 5 weeks today and just looking for tips. I have had three miscarriages and never had nausea until this one! Also am trying not to get to excited because of the miscarriages but my hcg on 2/4 was 168 and on 2/7 it was 669 it did more than double! I go tomorrow for another hcg and if it’s over 2000 my doctor is ordering an ultrasound! But I need tips on the prenatal when nauseous
