Morning sickness & stress

I’m 10 weeks now & have had severe morning sickness since I’ve been 6 weeks. In the past 3 weeks my daughter had strep throat, then I caught strep throat, then I caught influenza all back to back. Then lost my job for (I work at a preschool) being told i had to many absences, even though I had only missed 3 days. When i think the real reason is because I’m pregnant because we just had 3 ladies go on maternity leave & another lady was also early pregnant like me. Kind of bummed out & wanted to rant. Also wanted to know if anyone knew advice to help with the morning sickness? I hate not feeling like myself, it’s even hard to clean up after myself :/
