Anyone Else Been Sent Home? 😞

So I was up since 12:00 with contractions at 38 weeks and went in to triage at 7:30 this morning, only to be told that even though my contractions were consistently 7 minutes apart I was only 1cm dilated and 60% effaced. I think being sent home is one of the most emotionally challenging things right now! Has anyone else gone through this? I know it’s all for the best and baby will come when it’s ready, it just hurts to get your hopes up and be in pain!

This happened to me last night. Dilated the one had consistent contractions for five minutes and they sent me home

Been sent home twice. Contractions are and have been 3-5 minutes apart since 4am Sunday morning, I’m 3cm but they sent me home because I wasn’t progressing. I went in Sunday morning because of how close they were and then later that night because I started getting very light headed and nauseous. Just to be sent home both times. Contractions are still 3-5 minutes apart but I’m waiting until they’re stronger because I’m not driving 40 minutes just to be sent home a 3rd time

Stayed home for 4 hours Friday night in pain having contractions every 2-3 minutes bc I was scared of getting sent home. After the 4 hours everything just stopped and even though I didn’t go in it was equally as disappointing that I didn’t go into active labor 😒
