Started taking a fertility supplement Saturday and today im feeling a bit off.. lots of acne, tired, brain fog.. I'm CD 8.. Idk if i'm just coming down with a child or something but I feel super sluggish and buttt stomach feels sensitive... nor sure if i'm eating enough when taking these supplements and that's making me feel sluggish or if its my hormones trying to get back to normal or what.. has anyone else been through this when starting vitamins?
