How can people think this way!?!

My sister in law posted this!?! As a mother of all girls and a women I feel this is such a negative way to think and I did not comment because I know it would be pointless when people have this mindset but I needed to vent I believe to teach your sons to act like respectful men instead of blaming a victim wear whatever you want it’s never okay to be raped or assaulted, I was sexually assaulted and I was wearing jeans and a tshirt didn’t matter and I know it wasn’t my fault
