I just notice every time I pee it’s always have white specks in it .... I’m 29 weeks should I be worried ?

Could be a lot of things; Protein, glucose, cm, toilet tissue bits, UTI, etc. Call your obgyn and let them know, they may want a urinalysis, but it’s also normal to have some things in your urine in moderation.
