What is this?

Hello,

I am a 25 year old trying to conceive for a little over 2 years now.

I have pcos so my periods are very irregular. I had some very light pink stain when I wiped yesterday and today I think I may have started my period. I decided to get in the shower. I was about to step out when I had the urge to pee so I stepped out and this came out. Is this just a blood clot?
