Which do you prefer

Met with my mfm today at 16 weeks 3 days who said I can choose makena shots weekly I would need to come into the office food or suppositories nightly at home I opted for the suppositories at home because with my schedule it would be hard to make it in weekly so she sent my prescription to the pharmacy and she said my insurance needs to approve it which might take a week or so but I’m wondering if I made the right decision she said both are equally effective but now I’m worried
