Bassinet recommendations?

So my husband and I both move like crazy while we sleep and we have dogs that sometimes hop on the bed. Co sleeping is just not an option for us sadly. 
I’ve heard their are some that have the side that can be pushed down for feeding?????
Affordable is great but safety is a top priority for me thanks!

This is what we used for the first 6 months next to our bed. The side can come down for easy reach and can be locked for security. There is also a version about $50 more that has a vibration, light, music buttons.

This is the halo dream nest and these are wonderful. There is a regular and the plus version and the plus version is slightly more expensive￼. It has the bassinet version at the top and then you can take that away and use the bottom when the baby starts to roll over. It has a changer built right into the top that’s removable. But the two things that I love most about this is that it is an open air system and it can be turned into a rocker. So the material used has micro holes through it so your child has extreme support but there’s always airflow getting into the baby which is a huge relief when worrying about SIDS. Then with the legs you can lock them into regular position or you can very quickly put them down and then the bassinet Rocks side to side. The bassinet can be used for a baby up to you I believe 15 pounds and then you can put them into the bottom and you can also use this for a playpen once the baby goes into crib or their own bed.
