I was wondering stuff about birth

So weird questions I know. So sometimes when you give birth you tear.

What if you give birth Naturally with no drugs, do they numb the vagina to stitch it up? And I know what you’re thinking. You just pushed a baby out of there, getting stitched is nothing. But To me, that seems like it might hurt A LOT still because it’s tender and yikes.

What if you a home birth and tear pretty bad? Do you see a doctor to get stitched up afterwards?
