Has anyone gotten pregnant on the IUD?

I have liletta, it will move one year in April . I have been bleeding almost non stop since I got it . It’s never been crazy amounts I also have experienced cramping the whole time. So back to my question and why I’m asking is because I recently stopped bleeding or even spotting which is usual for my giving history with it so far. What concerns me the most is a few weeks ago I noticed my nipples felt more sensitive and less elastic like they would be I AM breastfeeding . Now it’s the stopping of bleeding and feeling somewhat nauseous and very hungry in the mornings.I have gotten very sick with a cold as well which is something I dealt with in my last pregnancy. Can anyone share some wisdom on iud pregnancy I can’t stop worrying. I will probably make an appointment tomorrow morning.
