i’ve been dating this guy for about 8 months he works a lot  and he works over night as well so we only see each other on the weekends but text and talk everyday. i know i may sound crazy but we are not in love yet or dont love each other at least  i dont think we do.. i know i really like him and feel like he really likes me but should we love each other by now or is still soon? please dont judge me i dont have much experience with dating.

It doesn't sound like there any reason to move on? Unless youre not happy with the amount of time you spend together?
You don't have to love someone immediately, or six months into a relationship or even a year into a relationship if you don't feel love yet. This is something that you need to decide for yourself, there's no right or wrong answer.

It took me almost two years to love my current as a partner . 🤷‍♀️ Take as much time as you need to love someone . Never rush love , it doesn’t work that way .
