Can someone explain something ?

Im super confused.. okay so i had a miscarriage in november. I got my first period in december and it was 7 days and then january it was 7 days normal.

Now this month, i got a faint positive on a pregnancy test and then all the rest were negative then i got my period but my period is like stopping and im only on day 4 ( technically 5 because its 1am passed midnight) and its like stopping. Brown blood/pink ect

but through the whole 4-5 days its been going from pink to red to brown to pink to brown to red and i just dont know whats going on. Has anyone ever gone through this? Could their be a possibility i am pregnant?
