Chewing food
So my lo absolutely rejected food at 6 months. We kept offering table foods as she would nibble on it a bit.
In the last two months she has finally started accepting food.
But she doesn’t chew the bites much and simply swallows it. I can see all her veggies come out as it is in her poop.
Is there anything I can do to teach her to chew her food so she actually gets the nutrition?
