Endometriosis

I got diagnosed with severe endometriosis And I’m scared I won’t be able to have my own kids. I’m 23 and now since I got diagnosed everyone is saying I should try having kids soon. I read a lot of articles on this kind of stuff and how it can effect getting pregnant and how you or the baby can be at high risk if I do. I read also that it can take awhile to get the egg to stick. Please just give me some insight if you have dealt with this! Thank you so much ladies!!
