Prenatal yoga videos that aren’t full of Woo??

Please god someone point me to someone who has prenatal yoga videos on YouTube that doesn’t do all the Woo, “put your hand on your heart and your other hand on your baby and feel the connection”. I have a biological connection, thanks. Their DNA is literally invading my brain at the moment, so please spare me the Woo. Anyone?? Help!

I’m sure they’re out there, but technically the entire premise of yoga is the mind/body/soul connection. It’s gonna have all that juju. No matter what. I personally like it and find it comforting. Yes it’s silly and I don’t really believe in ALL of it per se. But some of it is actually helpful. It’s a great relaxation method and has meditation qualities, which is actually medically proven to calm the body and brain/nervous system.

Gaiam Yogavideos are the best though I've not tried to fina a prenatal I'm sure they have them..they are the biggest company out there.My sisternis an advanced yoga teacher for 30 yrs..She recommends going on an app called YogaGlow ..U can get 2 to 3 weeks free
