Eating unhealthy...
I am having bad bad bad anxiety lately.. I ate horrible (HORRIBLE) most of my pregnancy... had a “scare” with the glucose test now I am finally changing my diet and my ways! Before getting pregnant i was healthy as ever.. salads. Protein shakes. Running, lifting, Pilates... got pregnant and all of that got shoved in the closet. I haven’t exercised, i are burgers and fries, a can of soda daily....
I really disappointed myself. Now i am worried my horrible diet hurt my baby. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I am first time mom and I can’t help but think how bad I have been this pregnant up until 29 weeks... 😭 anxiety is at an all time high!
