Sore breasts

My son is a week old, and my breasts are sore. Not my nipples, but my actual breasts. My right one hurts more but they’re both sore. I nursed my older two for 3 years combined and I don’t remember feeling this with them. But it’s been a few years too so I may just not remember it. He nursed pretty often, the past few days non stop. I wake him every two hours to feed, if he manages to go that long, because the pain gets worse. Let downs are pretty painful after 2 hours too.
