So I haven't had a period in 11 months, and I just started today but it's super clotty and tissuey and my periods have never been that way before

I was also very sick for like a month, with a upper respiratory infection and then the flu and if it wasn't those I was throwing up for no reason but I thought it was poor died

I've also have had like severe depression but I thought it was because of stress

I hadn't had a panic attack in years and I woke up last night, freaking the fuck out for no reason

But I looked up my symptoms and it said miscarriage.... and I really don't want it to be that

Can anyone explain this?
