sore right nipple? took piercing out 6 months ago

so i’m ttc & my one nipple is super sore like razors but they were previously pierced so... is this normal?? i’ve never noticed it before

My sister had this and she went back to the piercing place and they advised her to take a pregnancy test.... and yes she was pregnant xx
