Belly bands for support
When is a good time to start wearing a belly band? I’m only 10w5d and I bought one but I’m not sure when I’ll exactly need to start using it. I’m already going through back and hip pain so I know I’ll definitely need it when I’m further along. I’m also starting a new job where I will be on my feet often. When did you guys start wearing yours if you got one?
