Did I ovulate early or random increase in LH?

Question

I didn’t get a picture of the test on cycle day 5 but I remember it being pretty faint. I usually ovulate on CD 16 so I’m very confused. Started testing on CD 5 because I felt ovulation-type cramping but I don’t think I’ve ever ovulated early. Is that normal?? First cycle TTC and of course this happens

Do you have PCOS by any chance? PCOS can cause a constant high LH level and this makes OPKs not very useful. If not the LH can fluctuate naturally and it can get quite dark without being a positive. Just keep testing for now x

I would say it’s early so to keep testing and could have been a spike just from your period ending and what not.
