Should i be worried ?

I have a stomach bug and im currently 3 weeks 2 days pregnant. Im concerned with every little symptom i get because my previous pregnancy ended sadly in a chemical .

So today i feel good except for diarrhea (sorry for the tmi) my daughter has the same symptoms. Yesterday i was having cramps but now im thinking it had to do with the stomach bug . Idk today no cramps nothing just a little stomachache here and there when i feel like i need to use the restroom

Also my breasts where hurting so bad since ovulation and they still a little sensitive and big but they’re not hurting too much
