Does anyone know the MFM schedule for high risk?

I saw MFM at 16,18,20,21,22,and 23 weeks. I didn’t see them anymore after I had my cerclage placed. It carries based on why you’re seeing them.

I am 25+6 and I see MFM weekly for growth scans because baby is small. I also see my regular Obgyn every two weeks now until 32 then once a week. And a pediatric cardiologist a couple times so far.

For my high-risk issue, I saw MFM at 12 weeks and every 2 weeks from then until 32 weeks. At 32 weeks, I saw him once every week. At 36 weeks, I will see him twice a week. I have a c-section planned for 37 weeks. I get a complete fetal biophysical profile every time I go. I also see Obgyn once a week at 32 weeks.

I was every other week from 16-26 weeks but it depends why you are being followed by MFM. I have a history of an incompetent cervix and needed cervical ultrasounds. If I had a bad measurement, I would be seen weekly so it changed based off what they were seeing. I have a friend who saw MFM due to her baby having a severe heart defect and were only seen monthly until delivery.
