Confused

So this is about my aunt. She took a couple pregnancy tests last weekend and they came out positive. She even took a digital one and it said “yes”. The next day she went to PPH and the doctor told her that the pregnancy test was negative and that she was not pregnant. She went to buy more tests (digital ones and regular + ones) they’ve all been positive and progressively gotten darker.

Has anybody been through this before and was actually pregnant?
