Drinking water causes letdown?

Whenever I drink water while nursing my milk lets down... Anyone else?

i always chug water right when i turn my pump on idk why but i feel it helps🤷🏼‍♀️

I swear it's got to be like survival instincts lol. Need water to make milk and when your body knows you have the water it relaxes. I would go crazy feeling so thirsty if I didn't have water when babe was super little.
