Currently 5 weeks pregnant and I've been having horrible dizzy spells, fatigue and weakness. I had to schedule a pregnancy test first at clinic for them to give me my first prenatal visit around 10 weeks like they did with my first. I ended up anemic during that pregnancy towards the end half.

But passed two days have been bad so I've been eating alot of iron filled almonds and vitamin c juice which helped. Can I buy iron supplements now even before I see my doctor and if so what mg do I buy?
