When did you tell your in laws

We told my father in law he lives far away and he said don’t tell anyone yet I am 8 weeks 4 days and now I don’t know when to tell everyone

I told my sister right away. I told my in laws at 10weeks. It made a great Birthday gift for her that day. Due any day now. My family I told at 11 or 12 weeks.

We told our immediate family and close friends the day we found out. We announced publicly at 10 weeks after we got our bloodwork back. My intention was to wait until 12 weeks when I had my next appointment but my stupid mother in law started telling literally everyone she knew even though we’d asked her not to so we just went ahead and made it public, I didn’t want her to steal my joy of being able to tell people. She wasn’t even (and still isn’t) excited about the baby, she just wanted to take something away from me

Our parents right away.  Close friends right away.  Everyone else 15 weeks with our son and 12.5 weeks with our daughter.

We told our parents when we found out and didn’t announce to everyone via social media until 13 weeks when we found out the gender via blood work

I told my sister the day I found out, and in laws at 2 months and everyone else at 4 months when i found out the gender just to be safe. A lot of people had already known by then but I needed for myself to get to that 16 week mark first.
